This project highlights some of the many processes I use to work. From research, to drafting, and beyond.

At times I see major products, services, and applications that often have a small flaw or hiccup that I feel could be improved in a small way. In this observational study I found a small tweak for the popular music streaming app Spotify that I felt would be a great user experience improvement.

For this challenge I redesigned a more ergonomic-friendly search feature and make minor UI tweaks in the process.

A part of a design challenge I was given a prompt to design a product idea in less than 24 hours that would help a dog exercise outside of work. In short took a lightning-quick UX and Product Development approach to research and make a quick idea based on fast turnaround.

”All we need is some quick designs and wireframes". Too bad, I’m very thorough and wanted to do the process justice. Take a look at what I was able to muster-up in a quick 24-hour period! User focused, researched, and designed!

A partnership role with Skookum Digital Works; I participated on a 5 task force devoted to the cause of improving volunteer signup efforts with the United Way of Charlotte. See my contributions in the user interaction design, visual design, prototyping, low and high fidelity mock-ups, front-end development additions, and successful implementation of the Material design standard technologies.

The Blue Diamond awards are a non-profit recognition for business leaders in technology in Charlotte, NC. The group approached Tech Talent South in an effort to seek help for a site overhaul. I took charge of the UX and Design efforts for the team. Currently the project is in progress but I wanted to share some in-progress developments of my work style and efforts.

Alpha Morph is a 3D space shooter, developed by the hatching disaster team, and a production of the UNCC Game Design and Development Program.
Due to the small team there were many unexpected responsibilities that came further of me than the role of Lead Artist initially demanded.

As an active member of an indie team: writing of the GDD, TDD, game play mechanic design, and audio assistance were all requested demands. I was not just an artist of the team, but a key member in helping design and bring a game to life.
