Wells Fargo | Authenticated Session, Baseline & Intersection

As a UX Visual Designer for Wells Fargo I had many roles and responsibilities that challenged many of my skills and knowledge; all while collaborating with one of the greatest teams in which anyone could ask. Working side by side with Content and Interaction Designers I took on tasks such as leading and onboarding new visual designers in the DXD Services Delivery Channel; designing and editing of documentation, standards, and training modules for the Authenticated Session platform; redefined new and existing design standards for web page publications and production guidelines; developer of multiple front-end interactive style guides, code standards, and static page libraries.

*Due to NDA only I can only display work that has been publicly released. Bummer, right? Fret not! Please contact me for any special requests or offline demonstrations of the best of the best.

The navigation menu expanded. I assisted in defining the documentation standard authoring for animation guidelines. These guidelines were then adapted to existing and later new animation sequences used by design and development.

I was Lead Designer in designing a new printed view page. As users still print pages of their account information, history, and more; I was tasked with coming up in a very quick Agile method project to redesign the printed page view and printout. This process involved front-end development knowledge and skill to co-author code to convert the page rendered in browser to a printed paper-friendly view. The end result cut simple pages that used to use 3-4 to a more environmentally friendly single page.

Card Provisioning | Digital Payments | Add Cards to ____ Pay

As digital wallets are a safe and extra method to pay or transfer money between customers with friends, in-person merchants, and online shopping. In order to add cards to a wallet a user of the Wells Fargo Mobile App must provision their card to each corresponding digital payment wallet. In my experience at Wells Fargo I assisted in developing and designing the experience in which a customer can add their debit or credit cards to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay; with more to come!

In addition to interaction flows and standard component construction I designed and implemented the branded assets in the experience. This included “Add to” buttons and tile art visuals. To do so I worked with each brand’s marketing and branding advisors to insure the proper fonts, images, colors, and more all adhered to each Wells Fargo brand partner.

My work in Card Provisioning allows customers to add their Wells Fargo credit/debit cards for use with Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. These screens were captured via my personal Apple iPhone SE and placed in rendered phones.
