How do I Design? (A Case Study Highlight with IHG)

Recently I wanted to include a process for how I design experiences. From research, to drafting, editing, and finally publishing. One such project was a special redesign for IHG. The hospitality company gave me a shot to improve a homepage and in doing so I wanted to summarize how I would research user habits, methods, data gathering, persona building; overall I wanted to highlight how I take a project from start-to-finish.
